Where did all this time come from? It's amazing how much more time there
is when I am self-disciplined and focused.

1. Goals- who am I where am I going, what do I want to accomplish, business goals, self-development goals, relationship goals

9. Delegate - whatever your hourly rate is, only do work that is AT your rate, delegate all other activities to other people

13. Batching Tasks- Group your tasks together If you are going to email, do it all at once, calls, texts, blogging, same.
